En fin d’après midi , Noel avait eut une idée originale , il avait prévu une visite à la ferme pédagogique de la Courtine dans les Monts du Lyonnais à la Courtine du Bas sur la commune d’Aveize .
Plus qu’un métier , une passion pour Guillaume Jullien et lors de notre escapade il s’est employé à nous transmettre son virus de la vache pas si folle.
Nous avons touché , sentit et nourrit les différents animaux de la ferme .
Lors de cette visite guidée Monsieur Jullien a su nous expliquer le quotidien de la vache , ainsi que l’origine du lait et sa transformation en produits laitiers .
Nous avons aussi fait la découverte des activités autour de la ferme .
Cet espace dédié à l’élevage des animaux fut l’occasion de merveilleuses leçons de choses pour Alain du Pavillon 1 et Mickael du Pavillon 2 .
